To nurture better narratives – for individuals, businesses and humanity.
To create a world where people’s values, ambitions and business align – creating lasting benefit for all stakeholders, and overcoming the challenges of our world.
FOUNDER & CEO
Adam is founder of The Beautiful Truth Group, including tbt, Connected Pictures and The Beautiful Truth magazine – three companies dedicated to helping businesses and organisations understand, express and embed purpose.
The Beautiful Truth Group started with Connected Pictures film studio in 2002, with an aim to nurture better narratives. In 2018 they launched tbt purpose consultancy and The Beautiful Truth editorial site.
Both were born out of a belief that companies can realise their full potential by understanding the values and intentions of the people at the heart of the business, and then using this as the starting point for purpose-driven action.
This approach has led him and the team to regularly work on purpose-driven projects for some of the largest and most impactful organisations in the world – including British Airways, Cargill, Pfizer, Glencore, ArcelorMittal, the UN, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and many more.
FOUNDING PARTNER & CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Elizabeth co-founded tbt purpose consultancy and is our Client Services Director, working directly with clients on everything from defining what their purpose beyond profit is, to how they can embed and articulate their values.
She also got The Beautiful Truth editorial site off the ground and is a firm believer in the power of long-form journalism to educate and inform.
Before tbt, Liz worked in journalism and publishing, producing special interest reports for The Times and The Sunday Times. She quickly identified the need for brands to create excellent content at the level of publishers and spent the best part of a decade founding the agency within the publishing house Raconteur, taking it from a concept to a fully-fledged content agency.
Liz is committed to helping clients achieve meaningful change within their organisations that will lead to happier employees and a better world.
Hannah is the Editor-in-Chief of The Beautiful Truth, our magazine focused on finding purpose in life, business and the world.
She has extensive experience as a writer and editor, getting her start at Monocle magazine and going on to work for Ractoneur as an editor of cross-industry custom reports, and also as the Editor of the quarterly Leesman Journal.
Hannah has always been passionate about the power of stories and truly believes that nurturing better narratives is how we are going to change the world.
Eléonore is the Marketing Director for The Beautiful Truth Group, including tbt, The Beautiful Truth & Connected Pictures. She is a multilingual and award-winning strategist and comms planner with over a decade of experience.
She’s planned and strategically led complex campaigns for a breadth of clients at global, regional and local level. Both in house and in agency, she has worked with brands such as Nissan Motors, Hewlett Packard, Pfizer & AstraZeneca.
She is passionate about psychology, the human mind and social justice.
WRITER & CONTENT COORDINATOR
Arielle is a writer and content producer for The Beautiful Truth, working with the team to produce a constant stream of fresh, insightful articles.
She has written extensively for publications in London and Berlin and expanded her craft for storytelling in social media and digital marketing fields.
Arielle is passionate about human psychology and our ability to impact one another through the words that we use.
CONTENT AND PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR
Sen oversees tbt’s client projects and ensures that their stories are communicated effectively through various channels. She also bridges the gaps between tbt and the other parts of The Beautiful Truth Group (Connected Pictures and The Beautiful Truth).
Her career to date has predominantly revolved around consulting various organisations on their content marketing and publishing strategies.
From working on special interest reports for The Times & Sunday Times, she moved on to work as the Head of Publishing and Head of Content Marketing for the healthcare publisher EMG-Health. After noticing the lack of challenging, different, and inspiring content targeted at the pharmaceutical industry, she launched GOLD magazine, two podcast channels as well as a successful webinar offering.
She’s excited about continuing to help clients educate and inspire their target audiences through different channels.
CAMPAIGN & CONTENTS PRODUCER
Abigail is the Campaign & Content Producer at tbt, responsible for overseeing the management and execution of all projects while carefully communicating our client’s purpose with clarity and creativity.
With a background in historical research, commercial and documentary filmmaking and radio broadcast, Abigail has a wide range of experience that covers both research and production.
She is passionate about uncovering the human story at the heart of all storytelling.
PROJECT ASSISTANT TO THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF
Alice is Project Assistant to the Editor in Chief of The Beautiful Truth, and is involved in everything from coming up with article ideas to producing short films.
After graduating with an English degree, she honed her writing by working in marketing for the sustainability sector.
She is passionate about language, creativity and the environment and is fascinated by our ability to connect with each other across time, cultures and circumstance through storytelling.
