Adam founded Connected Pictures in 2002 and tbt. in 2018. From telling the story of the street children of Rio’s favelas for Channel 4 to painting a portrait of computer scientist Alan Turing, Adam’s work hinges on deep investigation and authenticity. With a long-standing interest in human behaviour, Adam is passionate about uncovering the best and deepest parts of what it means to be human.
Elizabeth is the Client Services Director for tbt. Initially starting out in film production, Liz moved into the world of journalism and publishing, producing special interest reports for The Times and The Sunday Times. Quickly identifying the need for brands to create content at the level of publishers, Liz spent the best part of a decade founding the agency within the publishing house Raconteur, taking it from a concept to fully fledged content agency, focused on beautiful design/video, impactful journalism and content strategy at large.
Eléonore is the Marketing Director for tbt., The Beautiful Truth & Connected Pictures. She is a multilingual and multi-award winning strategist and comms planner with over a decade of experience. She’s planning and strategically led complex campaigns for a breath of clients at global, regional and local level. Both in house and agency she has worked with brands such as Nissan Motors, HP, Abbott & AstraZeneca.
Arielle is a writer and content producer for The Beautiful Truth. Studying English Literature at degree level gave Arielle the opportunity to think closely about how language works. She is passionate about human psychology and our ability to impact one another through the words that we use. Since graduating, she has written extensively for publications in London and Berlin and expanded her craft for storytelling in social media and digital marketing fields.
Anna has over 14 years experience in market research and an education background in sociology, psychology, coaching and development, Anna is focused on identifying the human insights that help people, teams and businesses grow. With technical expertise in professional development, communications strategy and audience insight, Anna has worked with across a range clients (including eBay, General Mills, Lacoste, Bacardi, MTV and Bayer), geographies (EU, Middle East, Asia and the USA) and sectors (including FMCG, the public sector, travel, e-Commerce, retail, alcohol and beverage and fashion).
Jon began his career in commercial film making working with Saatchi & Saatchi producing traditional TV commercials for Johnson & Johnson, Cereal Partners, Toyota and the UK Government. Building Connected Pictures since 2006, Jon has focused on bringing commercial aspects of filmmaking into the YouTube age of mass content production. For Jon, it is the mechanics and process of connecting emotionally and authentically with an audience that inspires him.
