Curium
Galvanising the workforce
A new direction for the next 10 years
Curium was looking to create a newly defined purpose to provide direction, clarity and motivation for the next 10-year strategy. It marked their formal shift from a diagnostic to
a theranostic cancer company that championed the connection between the work and passion of their employees, and their impact on patients’ lives.
To capture the spirit of Curium’s new purpose and the seemingly unattainable goal they are working toward, we interviewed Robin Knox-Johnston; the first man to single handedly circumnavigate the globe.
Redefining the experience of cancer through our trusted legacy in nuclear medicine
Using our methodology, we gathered insights from every layer of Curium. These insights and cultural motivators informed an authentic purpose statement, narrative and communications plan we used to bring the
work to life both internally and externally. Rooting the essence of the communications in human impact and a higher cause was critical
to its creative success.
What does redefining cancer feel like for the people working on the science, through to the relatives of patients who receive cutting edge treatments?
